History
Birgittas Foodstall was founded in 2001 by Birgitta Tunhov, a certified home economics teacher with numerous years of experience working as a qualified chef.
It was vital for her to protect the local food culture here on Öland and with red, sun-riped tomatoes as the main ingredients, she began to develop her various products. We still produce the products on Öland, in our new production kitchen.
From the beginning of 2011, Birgittas daughter Charlotta has actively joined the company and is dedicated to carry on her mother´s dream. Our products are sold through specialist retailers and by ourselves at food fairs.
